TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Riverside Parties! By booking or attending any of our events — including the Clock Tower Bar Crawl, Riverside Comedy Tour, and the Hangover Museum — you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement

All participants must be 18+ years old. You may be required to present a valid ID upon request.

2. Alcohol Consumption

We provide access to alcohol during some events. Please drink responsibly. Riverside Parties is not liable for injuries, damages, or issues related to excessive alcohol use.

3. Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving inappropriately, including but not limited to: aggression, harassment, or unsafe conduct.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.

• Events run rain or shine, unless otherwise notified.

5. Tickets & Entry

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by Riverside Parties. Entry to the Hangover Museum or club venues may be denied if attendees are intoxicated or disruptive.

6. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use. Let us know at the start of the event if you prefer not to be included.

7. Liability

Riverside Parties is not responsible for lost items, injuries, or damage to personal belongings during any of our events.
